I believe that this the pathway to changing and managing the Leadership crisis that Africa finds herself in today. In all spheres of life, Africa still lacks the leadership that can propel her to greater heights than her present condition. We have bosses and dictators rather than true leaders who can lead Africa into a potentially great and awesome future.<br />In Africa, the so called leaders are more of parasites who fleece those they are supposed to lead, just to satisfy their lust for power and wealth; leaving the qwhole continent poor and mismanaged. So the InterAction Leadership Programme is designed to fight all this and bring about a new understanding of who and what a leader is and what they are supposed to be and do for those that they are privileged to lead.<br />Leaders are called to be servants and not to load it over others.
